the first chapter does its job. warm, messy, and then boom, locked door.

that final message at the end of chapter 1 is nasty work. effective though.

the chapter's most intimate setting feels like it has secrets of its own. that is my favorite kind of setting. π€ π₯ still thinking about it.

first chapter did the job. i got the world, the risk, and exactly why i need chapter two. the author knew what they were doing.

I came for the cover and stayed because the place where the confession almost happens is written like a whole mood. that +18 slow burn is handled with taste. like... hello??? no notes.

the writing around the way the romance earns itself made me pause π this story has a voice π i would unlock this again.

The pacing is addictive. Nothing feels rushed, but every scene gives me a reason to unlock the next chapter. that ending was rude in the best way.

some lines are so soft and then suddenly the tension bites. perfect +18 pacing. π₯ π the mood is stuck in my head.
